Shannon-May's Baked Brie Recipe
Share
A melty, jammy, savoury dream! This baked brie is the perfect balance of creamy, sweet, and salty—ideal for sharing with friends over a cozy evening. I kind of just winged it when I made it, so this is my best attempt at creating a recipe that combines all the right flavors!
Baked Brie with Provisions French Onion Cocktail Jam & Bacon
Ingredients:
- 1 x 200g wheel of Double Cream Brie Cheese
- 2 slices cooked bacon, chopped
- ¾ jar of Provisions French Onion Cocktail Jam (or to taste)
Method:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper, or use a brie baker if you have one.
2. Score a criss-cross pattern into the top of the brie, about ½ inch deep. I peel off some of the top rind too. Place the brie on the prepared baking sheet or in the brie baker.
3. In a small bowl, mix the cocktail jam and chopped bacon together. Spread the mixture evenly over the top of the brie, adjusting the amount based on how jammy and bacon-y you want it!
4. Bake for 13-14 minutes, until the cheese is soft and gooey. If using a brie baker make sure to place the lid before putting it in the ove.
5. Serve warm with crackers or toasted baguette slices.
A must-have for easy entertaining or a great at home date night snack! 🍷✨
