We’re so excited to introduce you to a new artisan whose heartfelt, nature-inspired creations have found a home here at Marmalade Boutique—Seek & Bloom by Ashley! Ashley’s beautiful work, including her frameable greeting cards and stunning wall prints, is a true celebration of the fleeting moments and seasons in our lives. Each piece she creates is a testament to the beauty of nature and the power of slowing down to appreciate the little things.

As a graphic artist and stationery designer with over two decades of experience, Ashley has always been deeply inspired by the landscapes and colorful gardens of Nova Scotia, as well as the creatures that inhabit them. Her creative journey has evolved into something even more meaningful—an opportunity to preserve the memories and fleeting moments of life through the art of flower pressing. By foraging and using sustainably sourced flowers, Ashley’s process is both intentional and soulful. Each flower is delicately pressed for 3-6 weeks and then carefully arranged to create botanical artwork that feels both timeless and deeply personal.

For Ashley, the journey is just as important as the final piece—each step of her process is slow, thoughtful, and filled with intention. Her art is a way to reconnect with the earth and celebrate life's beautiful, natural rhythms. And how lucky are we that she shares her journey and art with us through her cards and prints!
