What We’re Looking For: The ideal candidate has a heart for serving others and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences. You are friendly and detail-oriented and enjoy working in a collaborative environment where everyone’s strengths are valued. Position Details:
- Year-round, position with hours ranging anywhere from 8 - 30 hours depending on the season.
- Must be available to work weekends
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding, personalized customer service
- Assist with restocking and merchandising displays
- Handle sales transactions with accuracy and care
- Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized shop environment
- Support daily operations including opening/closing duties
- Contribute to creating a warm and inspiring in-store experience
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on enhancing customer satisfaction
- Proficient in cash handling and basic math skills
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Comfortable with technology and troubleshooting minor tech issues
- Ability to manage time efficiently and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Previous retail or customer-facing experience preferred
- Able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Calm under pressure and adaptable to changing priorities
- Team-oriented with the ability to work independently when needed

- Have previous retail, customer service, or merchandising experience
- Enjoy working with aesthetically driven products and displays
- Are proactive, adaptable, and thrive in a small team setting
- Have an interest in home décor, artisan goods, or small business retail
- Enjoy creating warm, welcoming environments for others
