Oyster fork set in wood case

This oyster fork set is easy to store and ready for everyday use or on special occasions. These oyster forks with three tines (also called seafood or cocktail forks) are useful for handling shellfish, or for picking up shrimp cocktails.

This oyster fork has bevels that help cut tendons and a slightly wide spatula to enjoy tasting oysters. Just remove the woodcase cap to display the forks on the buffet for your guests at cocktail time.

For a more formal occasion, this small oyster fork is the only fork that’s placed on the right side of the plate.
